You will experience transformative yoga, powerful breathwork, relaxing meditation and energising aromatherapy practices. She works with potent essential oils to improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety.

Joining Yoga Teacher, Elaine Christine (Yoga for You, Austin), and Sound Healer, Cara Malloy (Sound of Light, London) in a Solstice Ceremony of movement and sound.
You will be lead through a gentle movement practice and then into a rich sound bath space to honor the Solstice in a space of healing, grace, peace and illumination.
The event will be one hour.
Please bring a candle for lighting together, yoga mat, eye pillow, blanket, bolster, wireless headphones and anything else you need to move into the deep inner spaces.
Replay will be sent to all who register and will be available through December 31st.
