Don’t Watch it Burn.

Our health is our wealth, this is a statement that has never rung more true than in this now.

Health encompasses our emotional, mental and physical well being.  These are the three legs which need to be constantly retuned and rebalanced in order that our stool does not topple over.

If we were to focus on the external reality we can see that we are in a time of perceived chaos and a dissolution of institutions.  Is this not reflective of the internal changes we are all feeling around a crumbling and release of old, outdated belief systems?  A release and a rebirth is imminent collectively and many of us have heralded that energy and have begun to pull the templating through as an invitation to humanity.

To maintain a level of sanity in such a Global transition and initiation, which may look confusing on the surface, we cannot rely on external markers to guide us.  When I mention external markers I am referring to what or who we may have been seen in the past as a ‘trusted authority’.  I recommend instead to focus on your self care and practice a level of divine neutrality when it comes to interactions with friends, family or perceived authority figures.  If you feel triggered in an interaction ask what the lesson is, for example the experience may be showing you where you may need to stand in your own power and speak your truth.    Conversely, it may be asking you to step back from confrontation and hold a neutral field of grace and love around the situation with no expectation of the outcome.  Remember that if the 3 legs of your proverbial stool are in balance you will be able to access an inner clarity and begin to trust your own guidance.

I titled this blog ‘Don’t Watch it Burn’ as there is a human urge to look for confirmation of what we may be sensing, because ultimately we are afraid of our own power which is coded within us.  Whether in the past that hunch was a relationship red flag to which we looked for evidence to prove or disprove our hypothesis, or perhaps seeking a second opinion on a doctors recommendation or staying too long in a job which we knew no longer provided growth and then ultimately led to redundancy and a feeling of a loss of personal power. We are in a time that we have got to start trusting our own senses and questioning our perceived beliefs as what may have been true for us in the past may no longer be the case now.  How many of you are carrying around outdated belief systems which hang clinging to your tired frame like a soggy, ill fitting raincoat?  It is time, my friends, to release and renew.
